Heather Hann is a seasoned professional in SAP Business One with a passion for helping businesses thrive. Heather’s journey began as a Project Manager at DACTA(part of RM Education), where she witnessed firsthand how even small changes in SAP Business One could revolutionise workflows and empower teams. Inspired, she decided to pursue a career dedicated to implementing and optimising SAP systems.

The experience catalysed a career transition, leading her to serve as an Implementation Analyst at HL Plastics. Heather used her project management and business analysis skills to streamline processes and uncover the endless possibilities of SAP Business One. 

When she moved to Ochiba Business Solutions first as a Consultant and then as Client Services Director, Heather helped businesses across multiple sectors (including manufacturing and logistics) implement SAP systems that made a significant difference to how efficiently they operated.

Heather is best described as a solutions architect with a pragmatic approach, strong business acumen, and exceptional project management skills. Her commitment to delivering results ensures that clients achieve their strategic goals.
