Heather has been adding value to our SAP Business One since September 2017.
With the development and process review of our systems, with the gained knowledge of our business procedures, Heather has created an integrated system within SAP Business One to mirror and record our operations. Through regular onsite visits, supported through Heather’s integration with team members from shop floor to MD, our end-to-end business needs identified. She implemented efficiencies of accurate data recording through one-to-one coaching with our full team. The outcome of this production flow work resulting in huge administration savings, along with the creation of industry leading reporting.
Our Systems Manager Toni working closely with Heather to improve our systems through relationship mapping. Our business quality management controlled and accessible at a click of a mouse button. The external ISO audit team now spending the majority of their office-based time at AHG retrieving their required evidence, SAP Business One ensuring that our records are kept accurately up to date.
Our Financial Controller, Sarah managing the day-to-day finances of our business with accuracy and efficiency. Through the correct utilisation of SAP Business One, along with the reporting and development created by Heather, our full accounts are live and retrievable at our fingertips.

Throughout the process after choosing SAP to getting to a go live position and still have a functioning business is credit to the work that Heather put into our business. We never expected it to be smooth but being realistic is part of the genuine nature of Heather’s work. Even the decision to defer the go live date is not something Heather shied away from, with hindsight her experience and ability to know if we could handle it was to her credit, as we were not ready.
She has ability to connect with the business, at the same time as juggling other clients, yet empathising with our specific needs and those of individual users showing interest, even when stressful or frustrating situations set in.
